The MineReach Mechanical Service Vehicle is a compact platform designed to support underground maintenance and repair work where space and access are limited. It combines proven SPARTA drivetrain components with the low-profile MineReach chassis to deliver reliable power, maneuverability, and service access. Built in Sudbury, Ontario, and fully ROPS/FOPS-certified, it provides the reach, stability, and safety needed to keep equipment and infrastructure running efficiently underground.
MINEREACH FACE PREP FEATURES
The MineReach Mechanical Service Vehicle provides a safe, efficient platform for on-site maintenance, repair, and support in narrow headings. Powered by a Cummins QSF 3.8 L Tier 3 engine and Carraro TCB90 transmission, it delivers dependable torque and control through a compact, articulated four-wheel-drive chassis. The 2.47 m tramming height and 2.15 m width allow easy access through restricted headings, while the ROPS/FOPS canopy and SAHR braking system ensure compliance and operator protection. With two-person seating, integrated tool storage options, and clear sightlines, the unit supports quick service interventions with minimal disruption to production. LED lighting, ground-level maintenance points, and fire suppression simplify daily operation and improve uptime. The result is a durable, Canadian-built service vehicle that keeps mine operations running safely and efficiently every shift.
