The MineReach ANFO Loader combines safe lifting capability with the controlled handling required for explosive loading and installation work. Built on the proven MineReach articulated platform, it provides exceptional reach, visibility, and maneuverability in headings under 2.5 m. Designed and manufactured in Sudbury, Ontario, this compact, ROPS/FOPS-certified unit delivers reliable performance for charging and utility applications while reducing fleet size, ventilation load, and overall operating cost.
MINEREACH FACE PREP FEATURES
The MineReach ANFO Loader is engineered for accurate, efficient, and compliant explosive handling in demanding underground environments. Equipped with a Cummins QSF 3.8 L Tier 3 engine and Carraro TCB90 transmission, it provides steady power and responsive control within a compact 2.47 m tramming height. The single-stage telescopic boom offers a 2.24 m extension and 68° lift angle, ensuring precise placement and reach at the face. Optional 500 lb or 750 lb ANFO pots and delivery systems integrate safely with the platform for controlled material flow. Operator protection is ensured through a ROPS/FOPS-certified canopy, SAHR braking, and onboard fire suppression, while LED lighting and ergonomic controls improve visibility and ease of use. With ground-level maintenance access and local TES Inc. service support, the MineReach ANFO Loader delivers safe, efficient performance for every shift underground.
