REPAIR, REBUILD OR REPLACE

TES Inc. audits the equipment before the rebuild process begins. We work with the customer to identify required work, evaluate repair and rebuild options and define a scope based on the condition and intended use of the machine.

Undergrounding Mining Equipment Rebuilder

The right decision depends on the condition and remaining life of the asset

Frame condition, powertrain and hydraulic health, component availability, obsolescence, maintenance history and the scope of work required all factor into whether the equipment should remain on repair, move into a full rebuild, or be replaced.

  • Repair

    Address isolated failures or worn components when the base machine remains sound and the equipment can be returned to reliable service without major intervention.

  • Rebuild

    Complete a more extensive mechanical, electrical and structural scope when the frame and core machine still support another service cycle.

  • Replace

    Replace the asset when frame condition, major component wear, parts availability, or the required rebuild scope no longer supports a sound operational and economic case for continued service.
