Roles We Hire For
Skilled people keep the shop moving
TES is always interested in hearing from people with mechanical, electrical, mining, fabrication, or equipment experience.
Mechanics
For licensed mechanics or experienced heavy equipment workers who can support underground equipment builds, rebuilds, hydraulics, drivetrain, braking systems, and mechanical assembly.
Builders / Assemblers
For mechanically inclined people who can support equipment assembly and learn TES build standards. This role may fit people with hands-on shop, mining, equipment, or mechanical experience.
Electrical
For people with electrical experience who can support wiring, panels, controls, vehicle electrical systems, and underground equipment requirements.
Welders / Fabricators
For skilled welders and fabricators who can support equipment frames, repairs, modifications, and heavy-duty mining equipment work.
Project-Based
For experienced mining, maintenance, mechanical, or equipment workers who may be retired, semi-retired, or interested in short-term project work.

Training and Growth
